Founded in 1953 as a machine shop supplying boiler systems, OBM- Officina Meccanica Bonazzi Mario- is now a leader in the design and construction of industrial machines and systems for the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
Over the years, OBM has progressively consolidated its role as a company capable of offering cutting-edge, comprehensive and innovative solutions for production problems related to agitation, reaction, crystallization, dissolution and drying.
In recent years, we have focused particularly on developing machinery for the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Materials:
- Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex 2507 stainless steel, Sanicro 28, Alloy 904L, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy C2000, C22 and C276, and Alloy 59.
- Use: sterile pharmaceutical chemical/industrial
- Production in accordance with CGMP, GAMP and FDA regulations
- Technical documentation in accordance with DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ standards
- PLCs, PC and DCS control systems
